18th Annual Phoenix Pagan Pride Day
Vendor Application
November 2nd, 2018

  • This is a family friendly event. No drugs, alcohol, hallucinogens or nudity is allowed. Any violations of these rules may result in legal action and a ban from this, and any future Phoenix Pagan Pride events.
  • All vendors are placed in the order of applications received. Those sending in applications without payment will be held as pending until payment is received. Applicants have until September 3rd to make payment in full. If full payment is not received by September 3rd, you forfeit your space. NO exceptions.
  • Requests for specific sites are not allowed due to the number of vendors.
  • We will make every attempt to not place like vendors together. There are no indoor booths at this event.
  • Sending in an application without payment WILL NOT guarantee you a space.
  • Vendors who wish to be paired with other vendors should send in their applications together with full payment.
  • Vendor packets with maps will be sent out 3 weeks prior to the event. The map will show the location of your booth, and will be made public on the website, and Facebook page 2 weeks before the event. Vendor spaces will be set, with NO changes. This is so we have the ability to get our program to the printer.
  • Vendors who back out, cancel, or forfeit space must do so, in writing, up to one month prior to the event or you will lose all vendor fees. (No exceptions)
  • In order to ensure that each vendor has equal opportunities for sales, we are limiting the amount of vendors to 30. This includes information booths. Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis in the order that they are received with full payment of fees. Any applications received after the first 30 will be held as waiting in case of cancellations. This does not guarantee a spot.
  • Set up time is 07:00 am. No one will be allowed to set up before this time. We have the park reserved/ rented for a specific length of time. Remember that you must unload your vehicle and move it before starting set up. This will ensure that everyone has a chance to have space to unload.
  • Please be mindful of others.
  • Remember that this is a volunteer committee. Rude and obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. If, after initial conversation, the behavior continues, you may be asked to leave the event, forfeiting your fees.
  • Vendors must set up within their assigned space. Please do not extend your displays, signage, tables etc. outside of your assigned space. This is not fair to those who pay for the extra space. You will be asked to move these items. Again, failure to comply may result in being asked to leave, forfeiting your fees.
  • Due to park regulations, setup is only allowed in designated areas. There is also no driving on sidewalks, brick pathways, or grassy areas. This is an Arizona State Park and we must follow the rules set by the park.
  • No petting zoos or animals for sale. Animals are allowed but they must be well mannered and on a leash. You must always clean up after your pets or you could be fined by the park / city.
  • There is no staking allowed. Please bring water jugs, sandbags or tent weights. Don’t guess and hope that they will not be needed. Sandbags/tent weights will NOT be provided.
  • Electricity and wifi are not provided.
  • Any cancellation within 30 days of the event will result in loss of fees paid.
  • Vendors and their associates are solely responsible for transporting their items to their assigned space(s). Failure to follow park rules – such as NO driving on the grass – will result in removal from the event, loss of fees and a ban from future Pagan Pride events.
